Orders & pricing. All prices are in U.S. dollars. We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order — for example where a product is out of stock or a listing contains a pricing error.

Shipping. Delivery estimates are shown on each product page and in our Shipping & Delivery policy. Estimates are made in good faith but are not guarantees.

Returns. Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

Product use. Our products are decorative household goods. Follow any care or safety notes on the product page; electrical items should be used as directed and not left unattended in use.

Intellectual property. Site content, branding, and imagery belong to Vermeil Decor and may not be reproduced without permission.

Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
